Key Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Manage the heads of Trading, Sales, Business Development and Digital Asset
\nResearch by setting quarterly and long-term objectives
\n\u25cf Support the founding team in establishing and implementing the strategy of the
\nCompany
\n\u25cf Convert ideas and concepts into executable detailed plans to roll-out new
\nproducts and optimize processes within the firm
\n\u25cf Enable synergetic relationships across the teams within investment banking
\nand structure cross-team collaborations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
\nof strategic projects
\n\u25cf Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape, the current
\ncryptocurrency market conditions, and Nexo’s competitive position
\n\u25cf Represent the Company on Crypto conferences and meetups
\nRequired Qualifications:
\n\u25cf University degree in an analytical field from a prime academic program
\n\u25cf Minimum of 5+ international experience in investment banking, prime
\nbrokerage, management consulting or a strategic role in high-growth Company
\n\u25cf Structured and systematic decision-maker with a strong ownership mentality
\n\u25cf Passion for fintech disruption and digital assets and knowledge of
\ndevelopments in the related ecosystems is a definite advantage
\n\u25cf Proven ability to drive multiple projects across several teams from start to finish
\nwith a good understanding of execution trade-offs faced in a fast-moving
\nenvironment
\n\u25cf Flawless communicator able to convey complex concepts directly and
\ncomprehensively to diverse audiences<\/p>\n
