Your task and responsibilities

Supporting the Purchasing Manager

  • Creating and uploading files with a specific format
  • Monitor the secure upload process performed by our vendors
  • Day to day operations tasksVendor Support
  • Uploading the required information for new vendor onboarding
  • Process inquiries for available denominations, delivery delays and solving customer problems
    with vendors
  • Update Terms & Conditions for brands
  • Customer Support
  • Replying to end-user client inquiries (via email / Customer Support Tool)

Your profile

  • University degree
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must – your interview (partially) will be in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – experienced user of Excel
  • Good data analytics skills and logical thinking
  • Responsibility, integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to Figure the Stuff Out and keep yourself organized
  • Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure

Work / Job experience

The following will be an advantage but not an absolute precondition

  • Previous experience in a multinational company
  • Experience as Operations Specialist (ideally 1-2 years of specific job experience)
  • Experience in e-commerce / Purchasing

Any previous experience in B2B Operations and Sales

This is a starting position with the opportunity to grow to Purchasing Manager. We work remotely and in the office close to NDK in Sofia. We are a small, but highly experienced team of diverse professionals.
