We are looking for high energy, hardworking team player. As a Sales Operations Onboarding Consultant, you will support the sales organization through customer, operational and business support and act as the primary interface between sales and the operation units. This role is responsible for developing sales processes by helping the clients in the onboarding procedure.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development team to manage clients’ relationships, build pipeline and network.
- Analyze and understand clients’ needs and assist them in smoothly onboarding process.
- Taking a bridge role between new merchants and the internal departments.
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of English;
- Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce industry;
- Use of CRM tools (SalesForce precisely);
- Bachelor/MBA degree in a relevant field of studies;
- Service-oriented, excellent client and retention skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and spoken);
- Achievement-oriented, hard worker, capable of sustaining intense workload;
- Stress resilience.
